At Hydrifier, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used personal-use products may not be eligible for return.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
